Overall, this was memorable experience with Windows and Wheels Auto Detailing. At the top of this organization is a great leader in Wills and that triggers down to the whole team. I am sure this was not easy for everyone involved, but they went above and beyond to make sure me (the customer) was satisfied. The carbon fiber PPF on the hood looks amazing and there was a small defect on the top corner, but it was little, and they offer 10 year warranty so if that lifts for whatever reason I am confident the team will take care of it. I can't say enough about how great the team was about listening to my issues and going above and beyond to make it right. I am very happy with how they treat their customers and a job well done.

Based on my first excellent experience with Windows & Wheels Auto Detailing in which they applied ceramic coating to my BMW 440i and performed detailed interior cleaning back in August of 2020, I chose to use them again for a larger project on my Bimmer. This time I had them apply a much higher grade of ceramic coating to the entire vehicle and paint protection film to the front bumper and hood. The job was performed in two days (as promised) and as of this writing, my vehicle looks spectacular and gives me great pride when driving around town. Workmanship is meticulous and thorough. From the beginning...when obtaining the cost estimate from Daniela to working with Brandon and Maurice who assisted me when I dropped off and picked up my vehicle, the process was flawless and efficient. It is a pleasure doing business with Windows & Wheels ownership (Wills and Daniela Amstutz) and I recommend them to anyone who wants their vehicle detailed in a professional manner for a reasonable price.

After nearly six months, Everything still looks great! We took our Tesla Model Y in July to get wrapped, a Ceramic coating, and all the windows tinted for UV protection. After almost six months, we are delighted with the great job done at Windows & Wheels by Daniela & Wills & their whole team. They are very professional and extremely helpful regarding what work should be done. They took the time to explain the difference in window tint protection and, most importantly, how to take care to get the most out of the paint protection film and ceramic coating. I recommend that anyone who wants to protect their investment from the elements go to Windows & Wheels and get the PPF, Ceramic Coating, and Windows Tinted. It is worth it!

Windows and Wheels is exceptional at their craft! I recently purchased a new Lexus sports vehicle and was shopping around for a place that could put tint on my vehicle. We had the pleasure of taking our 2017 Chevy Tahoe to Windows & Wheels for some much-needed attention to its roof and hood, which had unfortunately experienced paint failure. After engaging in a strategy call with their team, we were impressed by their valuable input on implementing a long-term solution, making the most of the good areas of the remaining paint. Upon their recommendation, we opted for a two-tone Matt Black PPF (Paint Protection Film) for the roof and hood, perfectly complemented by clear PPF on the sides. We couldn't be more happy with the end result, especially with the addition of blacked-out badges! Our gratitude goes out to Wills and the entire team at Windows & Wheels for their exceptional work and outstanding service. Once again I have returned to W&W for detailing my Porsche Boxster S. A quick CQuartz Finest "boost", wash, clean and condition the ragtop, and give the white leather seats some TLC! Great work, as usual, since Wills and Dani would have it no other way! However, this trip, I had the privilege of being assigned a new KIA Soul as a loaner, and was it ever a great vehicle! Not only did it look awesome (they had done various tinting highlights, a full PPF and ceramic, and it was so shiny I had to wear my sunglasses all the time!). This vehicle was so impressive, that I changed my January Hawaii rental from a BMW X5 to a KIA Soul... no word of a lie! Not only does W&W do outstanding work on YOUR vehicle, their loaners are ALSO outstanding!

Daniela was great. She was very helpful with coordination. The loaner csr was tremendously helpful. The quality of the work (a Gold package for me) was exceptional. A tall young black gentleman in the shop was super friendly and I am sorry that I didn't get his name. I will ask him for it next time I am back at the very tidy shop.
